Features

• Turning Wheels are efficient in converging 30° and 45° spur applications.
• Turning wheels can also be used at 90° transfers where Traffic Cops, Package Stops, and other product flow devices are incorporated
• The wheel is mounted on an adjustable bracket to ensure proper item orientation through the transfer, reducing product damage and breakage.
• Turning wheels are easily mounted to slider bed or side channels of powered and gravity conveyors

Applications

• Commonly used in applications with converging or diverging spurs. Spurs are used when merging or diverging products, cases, tote, containers etc.
• They are ideally used where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line from work stations or other similar operations

Specifications

• Turning Wheel:
  6” dia. x 1-1/2” wide face rubber wheel with 3/4” dia. bore;
  shaft is 3/4” dia. w/ locking collar positioned above and below wheel. Shaft adjusts vertically up/down to accommodate product height.
• Turning Post: 196S roller (medium duty) or 251S roller (heavy duty), both 6” BF mounted in 7 ga. frame assembly.
